Design thinking is a non-linear process of solving complex problems using a user-centered approach that integrates the needs of people with possibilities of tech and non-tech solutions, and the requirements for business success to create desirable, feasible, and viable solutions.

ScaleFactor uses and creates design thinking methods and frameworks to design for outcomes. With users at the core, we empathize to understand their journeys, mental models, challenges, and expectations in order to discover real problems and actionable insights. Ideation is done to uncover the most impactful solutions that are further tested through prototypes for early feedback to work towards a problem-solution fitment. 


Design helps organisations navigate ambiguity to simply complexities by diverging and converging to capture both- micro and macro views of the environment. Not only do we define, design, and deploy meaningful experiences that work.
