Systems thinking is a process of thinking for systems of a regularly interacting and interdependent group of elements that feed into and relate to each other. It helps one zoom out to acknowledge the complexity of the system, identify the variables, and flow of relationships.

ScaleFactor uses tools like environment mapping and stakeholder mapping to identify all elements of the business system and understand the interconnectedness of elements to solve problems in a holistic manner.

We delve below the surface of events to understand patterns of human behaviour, underlying structures that influence the behaviours, and mental models that allow the structures to run. This helps in designing stronger and sustainable human-centered organisations.
